CHARLENE - ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT & INSURANCE SPECIALIST

Charlene has worked in the optical industry for 11 years as a receptionist. She is married to Brian, and have two grown daughters, Melissa and Candice, and two adorable grandsons named Winston and Killian. Both of her daughters are married and live in Owosso, while Charlene and Brian live on a farm in Elsie. According to Charlene, "I sincerely enjoy working with each and every patient, and my goal is to make them feel right at home the minute they walk through the door!". Charlene's duties include: scheduling appointments, checking in patients, verifying insurance, answering billing questions, among many other responsibilities! We're so blessed by the positive attitude and sweet personality she brings to our team!
